We have worked hard to ensure that our standards comply to the stringent REC/DCSF Code of Professional Practice
and as such have continually held their Quality Mark since March 2003.

We have also achieved recognition as a quality provider of teaching staff and as such:
- Monitor and evaluate our services by obtaining feedback from our clients.
- Maintain a continuous program of improvement and refinement in response to feedback from clients.
Investors In People
Focus Education was awarded Investors In People on 14th June 2004. This involves:
- Continual evaluation of teachers' performance.
- Feedback to the teacher with, if necessary, training recommendations.
- Thorough induction and introduction to our Company and it's ethos.
In-Service Training For Teachers
Allows Focus Education to offer a unique insight into the delivery, assessment and
management of modern qualifications, especially within the vocational education sector.
Curriculum Development
We have worked on a wide range of curriculum development projects, including contributing to a major
contract to establish a new college for British Aerospace. We have developed bespoke HND qualifications,
including achieving validation by UK Awarding Bodies, staff training and development of curriculum management
and quality assurance systems.
