24-hour service
We operate an outstanding out of hour service, available to you on a 24/7 basis. We divert our phones to mobiles when the office is closed, so you will always receive a personal answer to your call.

REC/DfES Quality Mark
As members of REC (the Recruitment Employers’ Confederation) and holders of the REC/DfES Quality Mark we subscribe to and support their Code of Practice. This means we always:

• Interview teachers
• Take up references
• Obtain Enhanced CRB Disclosures
• Obtain proof of identity
• Complete a List 99 check
• Check qualifications against original certificates and keep copies.

We have also achieved recognition as a quality provider of teaching staff. To do this, and in addition to the points above, we:

• Monitor and evaluate our service by obtaining feedback from our customers
• Maintain a continuous programme of improvement and refinement in response to feedback from customers.
